Limited to 1 per new customer, unless the offer to buy additional items is made. Free items are free except for shipping and handling costs. Please do not try to order the item more then once with different credit cards, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order if we deem it fraudulent in any way.
REFUND POLICY or RETURN POLICY
We will refund in full 100% if the item shipped to you is damaged or defective in some way. You must make a claim in the first 3 days of receiving the item. This means that with shipping time the claim should be made in 7 days, by email or phone. We will gladly refund your order in full, or ship you the same item at no cost, if you can prove the item is damaged or defective by shipping it back to us. We will cover the return shipping costs.
We are located in Utah, and do our best to ship within 24 hours of the order being made with USPS first class shipping, which can take anywhere from 3 to 4 business days to reach your destination in the US. Currently we only ship and take orders from customers located in the US.
